Pre-launch notice: Diversified Affiliates is currently in development. These terms cover use of this website, the waitlist, and any pre-launch access granted by invitation. Full commercial terms will be published before public launch, and participants will be notified of material changes.
Order of precedence
- Diversified Affiliates Terms of Service and applicable law.
- The Platform Affiliate Agreement or Merchant Agreement, depending on your role.
- The specific Merchant Program Terms accepted for a particular program.
- A separately signed written agreement among the affected parties, but only to the extent Diversified Affiliates expressly approves its platform-related provisions in writing.
Merchant Program Terms may add program-specific requirements but may never waive, contradict, narrow, replace, or override Diversified Affiliates' agreements, policies, rights, disclaimers, or applicable law. Any conflicting provision is void to the extent of the conflict.
1. General conduct
Use the platform lawfully and in good faith. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe security controls, or interfere with other users' accounts or data.
2. Prohibited content
- Illegal goods or services, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Deceptive claims, fake reviews, or manufactured urgency and scarcity.
- Hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative material.
- Malware, phishing, or credential-harvesting pages.
3. Prohibited traffic and tracking abuse
- Bot, incentivised, or otherwise non-genuine traffic.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, and click injection.
- Manipulating attribution, duplicating conversions, or suppressing valid events.
4. Account integrity
One account per person or organisation unless agreed otherwise. Do not share invitation codes or credentials, and do not create accounts to evade a suspension.
5. Platform integrity
Do not scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or overload the platform, and do not use automated access outside documented interfaces.
6. Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected abuse to merchants@diversifiedaffiliates.com or affiliates@diversifiedaffiliates.com. We may warn, suspend, or terminate access, and may withhold commissions associated with violating activity.
