Getting help
Send a support request, submit feedback, or file a private complaint.
What this is
Diversified Affiliates offers three distinct channels for reaching the team: Support requests, Feedback, and private Complaints, each suited to a different kind of need.
Why it matters
Choosing the right channel gets your issue to the right place faster. Support is for help with your account or a program relationship; Feedback is for suggestions and bug reports; Complaints is for formal, private issues that may involve another party.
How to do it
- Support. Open the Support page, fill in a Subject, choose a Category (account, billing, technical, program, or other) and Priority (low, normal, or high), add Details, and click "Send request." Track responses in "Your requests," including any reply from the support team.
- Feedback. Open Feedback to report a bug or suggest an improvement, choosing a category and describing the area affected.
- Complaints. Open Complaints to raise a formal, private issue, choosing a Role context (Affiliate or Merchant), a Category (Platform, Program, Payment, Conduct, or Other), a Subject, and a description of what happened. Note that the substance of a complaint may be shared with the other party involved, authorized Diversified Affiliates personnel, or authorities where legally required. Track your complaint history, including any outcome, on the same page.
- Use Messaging Merchants directly for a routine, ongoing conversation instead, if the matter does not need a formal record.
What happens next
Support requests receive replies directly in "Your requests" once the team responds. Complaints receive a follow-up or resolution reflected in your complaint history, including an outcome label if one is recorded.
Common mistakes
Do not use Feedback to report an urgent account problem needing a response; use Support instead. Do not use Support for a formal, private, cross-party issue; use Complaints, since it creates a documented private record with a case number.
In short
Use Support for account and program help, Feedback for suggestions and bugs, and Complaints for formal private issues that may involve another party or need a documented outcome.
