Managing your account

Review required actions, legal documents, and account-level controls.

What this is

The Account page (reached via "Account" in the top navigation) is your hub for account-level items: required actions and the DA Legal Center.

Why it matters

Some account or platform-level requirements, such as accepting an updated legal agreement, can temporarily limit which pages you can use until you complete them.

How to do it

  1. Click "Account" in the top navigation to open Account and security.
  2. Click "Open action center" to reach the Action Required page, which lists every open requirement as a numbered step with a title and explanation. Some steps let you click "I've reviewed this" directly; others ask you to open a form (such as your Profile or Tax documents page) and complete it there before returning.
  3. Click "Open Legal Center" to review the agreements and policies that apply to your account.
  4. If your account is "gated" by a platform or account-level requirement, you will still be able to sign out, review legal notices, and reach What's New, Notifications, Messages, Complaints, Feedback, Support, Profile, Tax documents, and Help while you resolve it.
  5. Use the role switcher at the top of the page if your account can act as both a merchant and an affiliate; otherwise this control does not appear.

What happens next

Once every required action is complete, the Action Required page shows "Nothing else is required," and full access to the member area returns immediately.

Common mistakes

Do not ignore a required action banner assuming it will resolve itself. Certain areas of the app remain restricted until you address every blocking item shown on the Action Required page.

In short

Use the Account page to reach required actions and legal documents, and resolve any blocking item promptly to keep full access to your affiliate tools.
