IntegrationsTesting and troubleshooting integrations
How to check, diagnose, and safely disconnect an integration.
What this is
The "Your connections" section of Integration Center lets you check connection health, run a plain-language diagnosis, and disconnect a connection if needed.
Why it matters
Catching a broken connection early prevents lost orders from going unattributed and unpaid.
How to do it
- Open Integration Center and find your connection in "Your connections". Each shows whether it is in test mode or live, when its last event was received, and any last error.
- Click Check connection to recheck health; the resulting status (for example healthy) is shown as a badge.
- Click Diagnose for a plain-language explanation of each check performed, whether it passed or failed, and what to do next for anything that failed.
- If needed, click Disconnect; the platform confirms this will stop new events and revoke credentials while keeping your existing records.
- Use Send safe test event on a connection, or the dedicated Testing Tracking page, to confirm an end-to-end flow.
What happens next
A healthy diagnosis means events, attribution, and commissions should be flowing correctly. A failing check explains its next step so you know what to fix.
Common mistakes
Do not disconnect a live connection without first checking whether affiliates have active tracking dependent on it; disconnecting immediately stops new events from being accepted.
