Creative Library

What this is

The Creative Library page shows approved creatives, images and banners, text or copy, promotional links, social posts, and marketing assets, from the programs you are currently active in.

Why it matters

Drafts, rejected work, and unpublished revisions never appear here. Everything you see has been approved and published by the merchant, so you can use it with confidence.

How to do it

1. Open Creative Library from the navigation.
2. Filter by Program or by Type using the dropdowns at the top.
3. Each creative card shows its title, program, and type, plus a badge showing whether it is "Available" or "Expired." Expired creatives remain visible for reference but cannot generate a new tracking link.
4. If a creative has an image, it previews inline. If it has copy, click "Copy text" to copy it. If it has a downloadable file, click "Download."
5. Click "Get my tracking link" to generate your personal trackable version of that creative. This produces a tracking link, and for dynamic creatives, an "Always fresh image address" that automatically reflects the merchant's latest approved version.
6. Copy the tracking link (or the always-fresh address for dynamic creatives) using the buttons provided, then use it wherever you publish.
7. Check for a "Required disclosure" note on any creative; if shown, include that disclosure text when you post it.

What happens next

Any clicks or conversions through your personal tracking link for a creative are counted the same as clicks and conversions from any other referral link, and appear in your tracking performance for that program.

Common mistakes

Do not reuse someone else's shared tracking link. Always click "Get my tracking link" yourself so clicks and conversions are correctly attributed to your account.
