Notifications and what's new

What this is

Diversified Affiliates has two related places for staying informed: the Notifications page for account-specific alerts, and the What's New page for personalized platform and program updates.

Why it matters

Notifications tell you about things that affect your account directly, such as application decisions, while What's New surfaces broader changes to the platform, programs, or policies that could affect how you work.

How to do it

1. Click the bell icon in the top navigation to see your unread notification count, or open the Notifications page directly.
2. Each notification shows a title, an optional message body, its timestamp, and, if marked High priority and unread, a "High priority" badge. Click "Open" if a notification links to a relevant page.
3. Click "Mark all read" to clear your unread count.
4. Open What's New from the navigation to review updates, filterable by category such as platform, program, application, affiliate, merchant, payment, tracking, feature, policy, account, or other.
5. Whenever you have unread updates, a "Since your last visit" banner appears at the top of the member area with a "Review updates" button and a "Dismiss" option.
6. Click "Mark all read" on the What's New page, or dismiss the banner, once you have caught up.

What happens next

Some required actions, such as legal document updates, may also route through the Action Required page rather than a simple notification; see Managing Your Account for how those work.

Common mistakes

Do not dismiss the "Since your last visit" banner without reviewing updates if a program you rely on may have changed its terms or status; important operational changes are often surfaced there first.
