Your programs

What this is

The My Programs page lists every program you have applied to, along with its current status, the merchant name, when you applied, and when a decision was made.

Why it matters

This is your single record of every application, whether it is still pending, was approved, was rejected, or you withdrew it, so you never lose track of where you stand with a merchant.

How to do it

1. Open My Programs from the navigation.
2. Each card shows the program name, merchant name, merchant badges, and a status badge (Pending, Approved, Rejected, Withdrawn, Removed, or Suspended).
3. Click "View program" to return to the full program page.
4. If your application is Pending, a Withdraw button lets you cancel the application before the merchant decides.
5. If your application is Withdrawn or Rejected, an "Apply again" button appears once you are eligible to reapply. See Why Applications Are Declined for the cooldown rule.
6. If you were approved, the card shows "Approved" along with the program type, and you can reach the program page for referral tools and tracking.

What happens next

Once approved, this is also where you notice if a merchant later suspends or removes you from a program, since the status badge updates to reflect any change the merchant makes to your relationship.

Common mistakes

Do not assume a pending application means something is wrong. Manual approval programs can take time, and there is no fixed response deadline shown here; check the program page for any timeline the merchant published in their terms.
