Affiliate status reference

What this is

A complete reference of the status labels you will see across the Marketplace, My Programs, program pages, Payments, and Tax documents.

Application statuses

Status	Meaning
Pending	Submitted and awaiting the merchant's manual review.
Approved	The merchant approved you, or the program used Instant approval. You are now an active affiliate for that program.
Rejected	The merchant declined your application. A 30-day cooldown applies before you can reapply to the same program.
Withdrawn	You canceled your own pending application before a decision was made.
Removed	The merchant removed you from a program you were previously approved for.
Suspended	The merchant has temporarily suspended your relationship with a program.

Commission statuses

Status	Meaning
Pending	Calculated but not yet approved.
Approved	Approved and counted toward the program's payout minimum.
Paid	Included in a recorded payment to you.
Reversed	Reduced or canceled, typically due to a refund, return, or chargeback.
Rejected	Determined by the merchant not to qualify for payment.

Payment record types

Label	Meaning
Merchant reported	The merchant manually recorded that they sent this payment.
Automatically verified	The payment was confirmed through an automated or integrated record.

Tax document statuses

Status	Meaning
Not started	No W-9 draft has been created yet.
Draft	Information has been saved but not certified; still editable.
Certified	Certified under penalty of perjury; locked from further edits. Creating changes requires a new version.

Program lifecycle labels shown in the Marketplace

Label	Meaning
Live	The program is fully operating.
Early Access	The program is available ahead of a full launch.
In Development	The merchant is still building out the program.
Recruiting Affiliates Early	The merchant is accepting affiliates before the program fully launches.
Temporarily Unavailable	The program is paused from new activity for now.
Closed	The program is no longer accepting affiliates.

Country and payment compatibility labels

Label	Meaning
Available in your country	Your country of residence is supported by the merchant and the program.
Availability not yet determined	Required country or payment configuration has not been published yet by the merchant.
Not yet available in your country	The program does not currently support affiliates in your country.
Payment match	Your configured payment method matches one the merchant supports sending.
Payment setup needed	Compatibility could not be confirmed yet.
No payment match	No compatible payment method is configured between you and the merchant.
