AutomationAffiliate segments
How to build a saved, filtered audience of affiliates for reporting or automation.
What this is
The Segments page lets you save a named filter (a segment) describing a subset of your affiliates, for example by program, group, country, or application status.
Why it matters
Segments let you reuse the same audience definition across the Affiliates roster filter and automation actions, instead of rebuilding filters each time.
How to do it
- Open Segments and enter a name for your new segment.
- Choose filters: a specific program or "all", a specific group or "any", a country code, and an application status (pending, approved, rejected, withdrawn, removed, or suspended) or relationship status (pending, approved, active, suspended, terminated, or removed).
- Click Preview to see matching affiliates before saving, including their clicks, conversions, conversion rate, earnings, and payment compatibility.
- Click Save segment to store it for reuse.
- Delete a segment you no longer need from the same page.
What happens next
Saved segments become selectable in the Affiliates page's segment filter and as a target for the "assign affiliate group" automation action.
Common mistakes
Do not forget to preview a segment before saving; the preview is the only way to confirm your filters actually match the audience you intend.
