Merchant analytics and reports

What performance data is available on the Analytics and Reports pages.

What this is

The Analytics page shows charts and metrics for your programs, tracking sources, creatives, and campaigns, filterable by date range (Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Year to date). The Reports page complements it with additional breakdowns.

Why it matters

These pages are your main way to see whether programs, specific affiliates, or specific creatives and campaigns are performing.

How to do it

  1. Open Analytics and choose a date range from the selector.
  2. Review overall metrics, program performance, and tracking performance charts.
  3. Switch between tabs or sections for program breakdown, tracking breakdown, creative breakdown, and campaign breakdown, each showing clicks, conversions, conversion rate, and commission amounts.
  4. Review commission-by-status and application-by-status charts to see where things stand across your programs.
  5. Open Reports for further detail and export-style views of the same underlying data.

What happens next

Use these views to decide where to invest, for example promoting a high-performing creative more widely or reconsidering a program that is not converting.

Common mistakes

Do not rely on test data appearing here; test clicks, conversions, and commissions created in Test Tracking are excluded from real reporting.
