Affiliate roster and segments

What this is

The Affiliates page (labeled "Affiliates" in the navigation) shows every affiliate approved for your programs, and lets you filter that roster by a saved segment.

Why it matters

As your roster grows, filtering by segment lets you focus on a specific group, for example affiliates in a particular region or performance band, without leaving the roster page.

How to do it

1. Open Affiliates to see all approved affiliates, each shown with the program they belong to, their audience description, categories, and contact email.
2. Use the Segment audience selector to switch between "All approved affiliates" and any segment you have created.
3. Build new segments on the Affiliate Segments page; they will then be selectable here.

What happens next

Selecting a segment narrows the roster list to only the affiliates that match its saved filters.

Common mistakes

Do not expect this page to show pending or rejected applicants; only applications with an approved status appear on the roster. Use Reviewing Applications to manage pending ones.
