What this is

The Billing page shows your organization's current plan, billing status, and available plans to switch to (free, pro, or business), each on a monthly or annual billing interval.

Why it matters

Your plan determines feature entitlements, such as whether the AI Creative Studio or dynamic creatives are available to you.

How to do it

1. Open Billing to see your current plan, billing interval, and status.
2. Review the list of available plans, each with a price (or "Free" if there is no cost) and its included limits, shown as a number or "Unlimited".
3. Click to request a change to a different plan and billing interval.
4. Wait for confirmation; a plan change request is recorded and reviewed, and your billing page will reflect the update once confirmed.

What happens next

If your organization has an internal platform grant, plan changes may not apply since a grant covers you outside of normal billing; the page will explain this if it applies to you.

Common mistakes

Do not assume a plan change takes effect the instant you submit the request; it is a request that Diversified Affiliates confirms.
