What this is

WooCommerce is one of the connectors available from the Connections tab of Integration Center, alongside CubeCart.

Why it matters

Connecting WooCommerce lets your store's plugin or API integration report order events straight to the platform's tracking and commission engine.

How to do it

1. Open Integration Center, select the Connections tab, and find the WooCommerce setup card.
2. Choose whether the connection should start in test mode.
3. Click to create the WooCommerce connection; the platform generates a secret credential and gives you the WooCommerce events endpoint (/api/public/v1/woocommerce/events).
4. Copy the credential immediately, since it is shown only once, and enter it into your WooCommerce plugin or API integration configuration.
5. Once connected, send a safe test event from the connection's row in "Your connections", or use Testing Tracking for a full end-to-end check.

What happens next

Order and refund events from WooCommerce feed into the same conversion and commission engine as every other connector, so reporting stays consistent.

Common mistakes

Do not keep a live credential set to test mode, or events will be flagged as test activity and excluded from real balances and reporting.
