How you get paid

What this is

The Payments page is where you review payment records and the commissions connected to them. Diversified Affiliates never holds, transfers, or processes your money. Merchants pay you directly using the payout details you give them, and this page records what was tracked and what each merchant reported paying.

Why it matters

Understanding this distinction sets the right expectation: the platform is a record keeper and matching system for your commissions and payments, not a payment processor standing between you and the merchant.

How to do it

1. Set up your payout details under the payment methods section on the Payments page (see Payment Methods and Thresholds).
2. Check the Payout minimums card to see each program's minimum payout amount and how close your unpaid commission balance is to it.
3. Watch the "Payment history" card for entries a merchant has recorded. Each entry shows the amount, the payment date, the method used, and a reference number if provided.
4. Each payment entry is labeled either "Merchant reported" (the merchant manually recorded that they paid you) or "Automatically verified" (confirmed through an automated or integrated payment record).
5. When a payment arrives, confirm it. See Confirming Payments and Problems.

What happens next

Once your unpaid, approved commissions for a program reach that program's minimum payout, the merchant is expected to send a payment according to their published payment schedule, for example monthly or net 30 after month close. If a merchant sets a high minimum, above 100 dollars, the page notes that payments from that merchant will be less frequent.

Common mistakes

Do not contact Diversified Affiliates asking where "your money" is being held. Payments come directly from the merchant; use Confirm received or Report a problem on this page, and use Messages to reach the merchant directly if needed.
