Affiliate profiles and geography
What affiliate profile details you can see and how country compatibility is checked.
What this is
Every affiliate application and directory listing shows profile details such as display name, business name, location, audience description, audience size, categories, and contact email, along with a country compatibility check against your program.
Why it matters
An affiliate's residence at the time of application is recorded separately from their current residence, and the platform flags when these differ or when a country is not supported so you can review before approving.
How to do it
- On the Applications page, check the "Country compatibility" field on any application; a "Country review needed" badge appears if it is not automatically compatible.
- On the Directory page, each affiliate card shows a badge of "Country eligible", "Country unavailable", or "Country review" specific to the program you selected, plus a short message explaining the check.
- Review the affiliate's audience description, audience size range, and categories to judge fit for your program before inviting or approving them.
What happens next
Country and payment compatibility do not block you from reviewing an application, but an "unavailable" country status disables the Invite button in the directory until resolved.
Common mistakes
Do not ignore a country compatibility warning; supported affiliate countries are set on your Business page and used to evaluate every applicant and directory match.
